Meet Sanjay a carpenter from Citrus Heights, CA. Meet John a retired painter from South Sacramento, CA. John owned his property since 1987 and only did minimal maintenance when necessary. The property was in bad shape and real estate agents wasn’t willing to list his property due to the fact that their buyers will not be able to get traditional financing to purchase his property. Agents suggested John does all mandatory repairs, but John didn’t’ have the money nor does he have the time.
